How to set up Google Product Ratings

Google Shopping reviews are a fantastic thing to have on your Google Shopping Ads. They provide a ton of proof. They look great and they improve your clicks through rates.

We totally understand it, that’s why we support create a review feed with Google Merchant Centre to boost your sales.

Firstly, you need to submit “Product Ratings” on Google Merchant, remember that Product Ratings requires that you have a minimum of 50 reviews across all of your products.

Go over Growth and then Manage Programs, enable Product Ratings, all you need to do is fill out Product Ratings Interest Form. After getting approved by Google, you could have a review feed on Google Shopping.

A few days after you submit your form, you will receive an email from Google saying this:

Your aggregator, 'Judge.me', isn’t part of the Product Ratings program yet, so they won’t be able to submit a direct feed for you. Instead, you’ll need to send a direct product ratings feed to Google Merchant Center. Please let us know if you would like to send a direct Product Ratings feed by replying to this email.

Not to worry!

The above means that Judge.me is in the process of becoming an "approved product ratings partner". Please reply to Google and tell them that you will submit a direct product ratings feed to your Merchant Center.

If everything is okay, Google will follow up with you, and the "Product Reviews" section is now available in your Merchant Center (left-hand menu).
