Missing value [tax]

When selling to the US, Google require information about how tax is charged. Make sure you complete the following settings in GMC account

  • If you are not charging tax for any states, make sure that the "Sales tax" settings in GMC is cleared
  • If you are charging tax for at least a state, turn on the sale tax option for the states.

Please note that the settings in GMC must be inline with the tax settings in Shopify. For example, if your tax settings in Shopify is set to Collecting tax, don't set it to not charging tax in GMC.
